Rules for using the Itminan Logistics marketplace.
Marketplace role
Itminan Logistics provides a digital noticeboard and direct contact tools. We are not a carrier, shipper, broker, employer, insurer, payment guarantor, or party to an agreement between users.
Your listing and consent
You must provide lawful and accurate information. You confirm that you are authorized to publish the name and phone or WhatsApp number submitted. You understand that your name, number, route, notes, and other listing details are publicly visible.
User responsibilities
Verify identity, licences, insurance, permits, vehicle suitability, cargo, price, payment, delivery, and legal compliance. Do not post prohibited, fraudulent, unlawful, unsafe, duplicate, or misleading listings.
Limits and removal
A phone number may publish up to three listings per Saudi calendar day. Truck listings normally remain public for three days and requirements for seven days. We may remove, restrict, or preserve content when necessary for safety, security, accuracy, or legal compliance.
No guarantee and contact
We do not guarantee availability, identity, reliability, payment, delivery, cargo condition, or any user outcome. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Questions may be sent to info@itminanlogistics.com.

دور المنصة
توفر إطمئنان لوجستكس لوحة إعلانات رقمية وأدوات اتصال مباشر. نحن لسنا ناقلاً أو شاحناً أو وسيطاً أو صاحب عمل أو شركة تأمين أو ضامناً للدفع أو طرفاً في اتفاق بين المستخدمين.
إعلانك وموافقتك
يجب تقديم معلومات قانونية ودقيقة. تؤكد أنك مخول بنشر الاسم ورقم الهاتف أو واتساب المقدمين. وتدرك أن اسمك ورقمك ومسارك وملاحظاتك وبقية بيانات الإعلان ظاهرة للعامة.
مسؤوليات المستخدم
تحقق من الهوية والتراخيص والتأمين والتصاريح وصلاحية المركبة والحمولة والسعر والدفع والتسليم والالتزام القانوني. لا تنشر إعلانات محظورة أو احتيالية أو غير قانونية أو غير آمنة أو مكررة أو مضللة.
الحدود والحذف
يمكن لرقم الهاتف نشر ثلاثة إعلانات كحد أقصى في اليوم السعودي. تبقى إعلانات الشاحنات عادةً ثلاثة أيام والطلبات سبعة أيام. يجوز لنا حذف المحتوى أو تقييده أو الاحتفاظ به عند الحاجة للسلامة أو الأمن أو الدقة أو الالتزام القانوني.
لا يوجد ضمان والتواصل
لا نضمن التوفر أو الهوية أو الموثوقية أو الدفع أو التسليم أو حالة الحمولة أو نتيجة أي تعامل. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. ترسل الأسئلة إلى info@itminanlogistics.com.
