Verify the other party
Ask for the person’s full details and confirm that the phone number reaches the same person or company shown in the conversation. Request appropriate business, driving, vehicle, insurance, or permit information before committing.
Confirm the shipment
Confirm pickup and delivery addresses, dates, cargo description, weight, loading requirements, special handling, price, payment timing, and responsibility for delays or damage. Do not transport prohibited or unlawful goods.
Protect your money and documents
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank credentials, unnecessary identity documents, or money to an unverified contact. Be cautious of urgent payment requests, fake guarantees, and offers that are far outside normal market conditions.
Report problems
Use the Report button for inaccurate, duplicate, abusive, unsafe, fraudulent, or unlawful listings. You can also contact info@itminanlogistics.com with the route, listing details, and reason for the report.
